Thank you so much for shopping with us! We’re a small, mom-run business doing our best to pack each order with care, love, and a little extra joy. Here's what to expect when it comes to shipping:

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50!
(Excludes Hawaii and Alaska due to higher carrier rates — we hope to offer broader coverage as we grow.)

• For orders under $50, shipping rates vary based on weight and destination — you’ll see the total calculated at checkout.

• All orders ship from our little office in Los Angeles, California, with a 1-3 business day processing window before they’re on their way.

• At this time, we do not offer international shipping — but hopefully someday!

• If there’s ever a shipping hiccup, please contact the courier first (they’ll have the most up-to-date tracking info).

Returns & Refunds

We truly hope you and your little one love what you ordered. But if something didn’t work out, we’re here to help make it right.

• You have 10 days from the day your package arrives to request a return, and 10 more days to send it back once your return label is issued.

• To start a return, just visit our [Return Portal]. You’ll need your order number and the email used at checkout.

• We accept returns on items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• If you received something incorrect or damaged, please let us know through the Return Portal by selecting the appropriate reason — we’ll follow up with you directly.

• A return shipping & restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total.

• If your order was a gift and you’d like to return it, just email us at hello@playfulmonday.com with the name of the original purchaser and the item(s) you’re returning.

• Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–10 business days for your refund.


A few things to note:

All sale items, one-of-a-kind pieces, and swimwear are final sale.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different size or color, please place a new order once your return is processed.

We currently only accept returns on U.S. orders.

Shipping delays, losses, or theft should be reported to the carrier first. We're happy to help if a package is marked as delivered but doesn't arrive.
